By accessing or using Collab-Story, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Collab-Story is operated by Nicolas Gerig, Switzerland.
2. Description of Service
Collab-Story is a non-commercial experimental project where users vote on story directions and AI systems generate story ideas and chapters. Features, availability, and content can change at any time.
3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may only use the service lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to interfere with the platform, bypass safeguards, automate abuse, or submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
4. User Submissions and License
If you submit ideas, prompts, or other content, you confirm you have the rights to do so. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, reproduce, and display that content for operating, improving, and archiving the project.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Story ideas, chapters, and images are generated with AI and may contain errors, bias, offensive elements, or similarities to existing works. Content is provided for entertainment and experimentation only.
6. Service Availability and Changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties. We may suspend, limit, remove content, or discontinue the service at any time, especially for security, abuse prevention, legal, or maintenance reasons.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts at the operator's registered seat in Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
